A: Once you sign up for the service, you can choose the type of coffee you want, the delivery schedule, and the amount of coffee you need. By default every customer is set to a specific day in a 2 week rotation. We send notification via email when your week is upcoming for delivery. You can respond to that email with your order. Our team will then prepare the coffee and deliver it to your office. If you respond to the same email and notify us that you don't need an order this time, we will adjust our routes accordingly and check back in the next 2 week rotation.

A: We offer a wide variety of coffee options, including regular, decaf, flavored, and specialty blends. We offer those in K Cups and Drip brewer options. The brands we offer include Starbucks, Green Mountain, Barrie House, Bigelow, and our own in house roasted brand, Cold Blooded Caffeine. We can also customize your coffee order to meet the specific preferences of your employees.

A: We offer flexible delivery options, including weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery, depending on your needs. We can also deliver on a specific day or time that works best for your office schedule.
Q: How much does the coffee delivery service cost?
A: There is no cost itself for the delivery service. We do charge a delivery fee that ranges between $2.64 and $3.00 per visit. If we visit your location and cannot fulfill the entire order, we will not charge a second delivery fee once that item is available and delivered to you.
Q: Do you provide the coffee equipment?
A: Yes, we provide a range of coffee equipment, including coffee machines, brewers, and filters, ensuring that your employees have everything they need to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.
Q: How long does it take to get started with The Coffee Run?
A: Between 24 hours to 1 week. It depends on what your office needs. Worse case would be you need multiple plumbed line units at your location. That may take up to 5 business days depending on where you are located, and how quickly we can assess and install the equipment. If you need something simple such as a non plumbed Keurig machine, it can be installed within 24 hours.

Q: Do you charge a monthly rental fee for the equipment?
A: Rental fees range from $0 to $25.99 based on the equipment, and the amount of product you are purchasing from us on a monthly basis.
Q: What if I want to return my coffee equipment, how do I do that?
